- Manage the entire lifecycle of luxury
yacht projects from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to
quality, budget, and timeline
requirements - Collaborate closely with design,
engineering, and production teams to define project goals and
technical specifications - Develop and implement
detailed project plans, schedules, and budget controls, monitoring
each phase of progress - Communicate project
status, challenges, and updates to internal teams and clients,
ensuring transparency and alignment - Identify,
analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and
customer satisfaction
Functie-eisen
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project
Management, Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a related
field - At least 5 years of project management
experience, preferably in the luxury yacht, maritime, or
engineering industries - Exceptional
organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for
detail - Proven experience in budget management,
scheduling, and stakeholder
coordination - Excellent communication skills in
English (Dutch is a plus)
