The Customer Service Representative will support the client base by fielding calls and emails by responding in a professional, timely manner. This position will closely collaborate with all departments of the Justin Alexander team and will report to the Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Department operates out of our European office in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone and email, utilizing proper etiquette guidelines
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
* Maintain ongoing service levels with internal and external departments in order to meet clients’ needs
* Enter data in various platforms including new orders and return authorizations
* Receive, enter and track customer orders, fabric orders and swatch requests
* Develop strong knowledge of company history, policies, product and best-selling styles
* Offer information on Trunk Shows, the Loaner Program and program details and discounts for customers
* Coordinate clients to the appropriate party to best suit their current need(s)
* Rotational duties as distributed up to and including the Customer Service in-box
* Assist other departments as needed
* May include attending bridal events, like Trunk Shows, Pop-Ups, collection launches and bridal trade shows

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and ERP systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Work independently
* Effective time management and the ability to multitask
* Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership
* Dutch (professional) and English (professional) are a must
