The Channel Development Manager function is an international and commercial function with a wide scope of work. The main goal is to look and find the right partners (A/V-distributors, resellers, office furniture manufacturers) in the GoBright indirect sales channel and contract those, establish and maintain the relationship and realize sales goals.

GoBright develops products to help organizations work more efficient and communicate with digital resources. We are expanding rapidly internationally, and are active in the BeNeLux, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand. Among our customers are Nederlandse Spoorwegen, ANWB, PostNL and Strukton Worksphere. Internationally we have customers such as DSV, Thirteen Group, RZV, Cosnova and Beiersdorf.

GoBright is a smart-office and signage platform with which meetings, flexible working and receiving visitors are extensively optimized. Through IoT sensors, displays, apps and other digital solutions, the employee is supported in his daily work within modern office environments.

In addition, GoBright is the provider with which audio-visual messages can be communicated to a specific target group in an interactive way. Interconnecting screens, installed in various locations can be controlled and influenced from a central location, so that maximum visual impact can be achieved.

*Your Dreamjob?*

As Channel Development Manager you have a variety of work activities. From setting up contracts and maintaining relationships to give training and product presentations. You furthermore are responsible for the realization of partner plans and doing sales promotions. Together with your relationships you ensure that the goals from the partner plans are reached while registering all data in our CRM-system.

Together with the Commercial Director and our Marketing and Support Departments you brainstorm about new ideas and strategies. Team spirit and collaboration is very important. You will also participate in trade fairs and events. Naturally, you continue to develop yourself in terms of product knowledge, the market, and your own sales skills.

*Who are you?*

You are educated and/or have relevant knowledge and experience in Commercial Economy, International Business and/or Business Administration. Professional certifications and/or training such as sales training are a plus. Relevant work experience in the field of Sales and relationship management is important. You like to travel all over the Globe.

* Communicative skills in several languages. Dutch and English are mandatory (oral and written), German is a plus.
